Prosperity and abundance come from within and without. Another words we create our own and our ideas about money and such help to create the same from outside sources. It is always shocking to me how many people i talk to that want to cry over the money they have done other things with.

I always ask, is it that you have no money or that you do something else like spending? The answer is always something like, I wish I had more money or I can never save money or I spend too much. When you ask the question: "Have you ever given thought to a second or third part time job?" most people answer: "No way! I don't want to work." Sometimes people say things like, I want more money but I would only spend it anyway.

The thing is, you have to take a look at the fact that money is already flowing into your life and sometimes you only push it away by saying something like...I would only spend it anyway. The thing is, so what! What do you think money is for? Do you want to save it all? Isn't the reason for having money to be able to spend it at some point?

Most often we find that it is our thoughts about money and abundance, about prosperity that create our lack of these things. If you were taught that money was the root of all evil, that would place a block on abundance. The thought of others around us also creates our limits when we let them do such and they can do so even with out us knowing it.

Once as a child I remember my the little girl next door telling me that she was going to grow up and hit the lottery. I remember her sister telling her that she had a better chance of getting hit by lightning three times in a row in the same spot. Ouch! Now, when I say ouch, I don't mean the lightning. The thing is, the thought of getting hit by lightning three times in the mind's eye out weighs quickly the thought of winning anything.

Watch your thoughts. Prosperity and abundance are self created.
