Develop Your True Life Purpose to Achieve Success, Abundance and Prosperity

Have you ever asked yourself, "what is my true life purpose? What does success mean to me?" These are very tough questions to ask. All too often, we ponder questions such as these and we dismiss these questions with simple answers, such as 'raising our children', 'going to work each day', etc. Your true life purpose is much more than putting food on the table for your family. It's more than being a good father or mother. There is only one YOU. It's important to take time to sit down and ponder this question. It involves truly thinking, and that isn't necessarily easy. George Bernard Shaw stated that 2% of people think, 3% of people think they think, and 95% of people would rather die than think? Join the 2%!

When you understand your true life purpose, you feel invigorated and passionate. You do activities involving your true purpose regardless of pay. You make time for it, because you have passion! Everyone has natural talent; we just don't always work on strengthening our talents. We may not even believe in our talents or value our talents, often because others in our lives didn't believe in and value our talents. When we don't determine our true purpose, we often just 'coast by' and wander through life, never quite connecting with ourselves and others to the degree we want.

How do you know if you have determined your life purpose? First off, you'll LOVE the idea. It will invigorate you. You may have trouble sleeping, because you are so excited by the idea! You'll get up early in the morning, eager to face the day and develop your personal purpose. You'll feel like a kid on the last day of school when the bell rings, knowing you have an entire summer of adventures ahead of you.

What if your personal life purpose has nothing to do with what you are doing now? Well, that's always a difficult realization to face, but isn't your life worth living to the fullest extent? Chances are, you're only getting one round on this earth, so use it wisely! If your career doesn't sync with your purpose, what do you do? First of all, ask yourself, "Do I ENJOY what I do? Do I dread doing what I do?" Your current career may be a tool that you can use while you determine what your personal purpose is. Or, your current career may be totally in line with your personal purpose. Only you know the answer.

The important part is, you MUST, and I repeat MUST, take some time to yourself and think about what your personal purpose is. What makes you feel passionate? Figuring out what to do with it can come later. Start by determining what it is first. THINK for yourself, and determine what makes YOU special - what is YOUR personal purpose?
