Prosperity - Your Personal Pipeline

We all want to live a prosperous life, but do we know what that means? I define prosperity as fully living the life we have been given to live without restriction. Since we are each a unique expression of Spirit, we have our own definition of what prosperity means to us.

We often think prosperity is only about money, but true prosperity includes both spiritual and financial freedom. It is impossible to live a prosperous life while hiding our true self from the world. We may have money, but without an authentic life, the money becomes a hollow prize. And yet, being our authentic self while continuing to struggle with money isn't fun either. True prosperity is feeling the rich rhythm of being alive and living fully in the giving and receiving flow.

We experience prosperity when we know the Source of our supply. Our supply may come in the form of money, health, love, relationships, or peace of mind. Yet Spirit is what stands behind the manifestation of our supply. When we believe that our prosperity lies in our material possessions we are placing our faith on shaky ground because it can be taken away from us at any time.

When we know that our supply comes from within through ideas, inspiration and guidance, we develop faith in the inexhaustible supply of Spirit's abundance. When we learn to trust Spirit, we don't have to grasp life so tightly. We learn to trust Spirit by trusting what lives within us. When we know who we are we no longer look out into the world for guidance and validation. We begin to be fed from within.

When we make the connection with Source, we realize we lack nothing. With this realization we open ourselves to receive inspiration and ideas and then act on the guidance we receive. What follows is a purposeful life with the resources to support the vision we have been given.

We each have our own personal pipeline, but this pipeline is not available to us until we realize our partnership with Spirit. When we make the connection, we become a conduit for abundance. When we have the faith to say yes to what it is that Spirit wants to express through us, we experience prosperity.

So how do we get to the place of yes? Before we can say yes we have to understand why we would say no. We say no when we forget who we are and believe we are less than whole. These limiting thoughts block the giving and receiving flow that naturally wants to occur. It may be hard for us to imagine that Spirit would want to work through us or that we deserve to live in the flow of abundance.

With this doubt we lose faith in ourselves and believe the lies we have been told, either from ourselves or others, that somehow we are not good enough, doing enough, smart enough, thin enough, rich enough, kind enough, or that there is something missing within us. From this place of inadequacy we cannot attract what we desire; we just attract more of the same, and then tell ourselves that's just the way life is while our giving and receiving flow constricts.

To live the prosperous life you have been given to live, you must learn to discern between the voice of fear and the voice of Spirit. One voice will diminish you, trying to convince you you're less than whole, while the other will remind you of your beauty and wholeness. You have a choice. Are you going to be guided by the voice of fear or the voice of Spirit?

Will your actions reflect the limited perceptions you hold of yourself, or will they reflect the truth of who you are? Spirit is always guiding you to the openings. It leads you right up to the door of your abundance, but you have to say yes before the door can open.

With a deep prosperity consciousness, you will know that the circumstances of your life are irrelevant to your peace of mind, and that there is no way you could ever be cut off from your good. Ask yourself: "If my material possessions go away, am I still prosperous?" The answer depends on where you live in consciousness. When you say yes to the expression of love that you are, then you are living a prosperous life and from that place material and spiritual abundance will flow your way.
