Being judgmental is being pessimistic: it is an attitude of not accepting. However nonjudgmentalness means you accept everything is perfect, even other people. When you accept others and everything as they are and stop blaming, then you will also stop judging, because it simply won't make sense to judge. This means the opposite of acceptance and responsibility is being judgmental. When you are judgmental, you lose energy judging because you resist what the Universe is trying to give you.
A good way to reduce being judgmental is to avoid gossip. See in other people the image and likeness of God. You don't try punishing others with your judgmental attitude, although they may be neutral to it. Also don't judge yourself. You are perfect. If you can love yourself, you will also be able to love your neighbor.
A good beginning and sure method is to start listening to others. Just listen with an open heart: lo and behold, the voice of God is speaking through your neighbor. Regardless of what your neighbor is saying, you'll hear the divine lesson in every word.
Pay attention with the disposition of a divine soul. Transform the negative word into a positive one for you. Synchronize yourself with the perfection of the Universe. Listen to others first; and when your attitude of listening communicates a genuine desire to understand and feel in your heart the message conveyed, your success in business (relationships, at home, wherever) will be immeasurable. It will be easy for you to be profitable in your actions. Any business you do will measure up to your expectations of abundance, prosperity and success. What a wonderful remuneration for refraining from judging!
