Abundant Living - Prosperity Destroys Fools! So Why Don't You Wise Up and Prosper?

Abundant living requires handling the affairs of life wisely. Yes, I know, prosperity occasionally falls in the laps of some individuals; for example, they may get an unexpected inheritance or win the lottery. However, we all know that if these individuals are fools, the prosperity will destroy them.

Prosperity Destroys Fools

"The prosperity of fools shall destroy them. But whoever hearkens unto Me shall dwell safely." - Proverbs 1:32-33

Some argue against being prosperous, and their reason is that 'prosperity will destroy you.' But the Bible says it will destroy a fool. So don't be a fool.

How do we keep from being fools? Joshua 1:8 tells us that if we follow God's method and confess the Word of God, then we will make our way prosperous, and deal wisely in all the affairs of life and have good success.

Wise Up and Prosper

Prosperity is a blessing if it is acquired God's way. A powerful way of keeping in line with God's methods and activating His Word is through confessing it.

Now, sometimes people hear this and get crazy ideas about what this means. But all confessing really means is, speaking the Word of God out loud so you can hear yourself saying it. In order for us to succeed we must confess it out loud. This allows us to hear our own voices and that brings faith, because faith comes by hearing.

As we confess and affirm the Word of God, what we are doing is setting goals, and planting seeds in our hearts. How can we expect to get something or somewhere if we don't know what we want or where we are going? We establish God's goals with His principles when we confess the Word of God. This in turn puts us on track to manifesting the abundance of God in our lives as the planted seeds soon become growing prosperity.

Positive Confessions for Abundant Living

Confessing what the Word of God says about you will change your life. Even the most negative people have gotten results after only putting this into practice for a few short months.

Keep in mind, when you first start speaking some of the things God says about you, you may feel like it's the biggest lie that ever came out of your mouth. But the Word of God reflects the way He sees us, and confessing it helps us see and think about ourselves the same way God does.

Find a truth in God's Word that pertains to your situation and make it into a confession. For example:

'My God supplies all my need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus and whatever I do prospers, for I am like a tree planted by the rivers of living water.'

It's hard to imagine the impact this has on a person until they've confessed it every day for at least a month. Confessing the truth of the Word is calling things that are not as though they were and calling them into manifestation. Allow the will of God concerning you to manifest in your life.

So go ahead; put this to the test right away. God's Word is living and powerful and when confessed will change you. The wisdom of God will empower you to handle all the affairs of life wisely so you can manifest and enjoy abundant living.

Prosperous Living - Does God Want You to Prosper and Live in Abundance?

Prosperous living is a choice you can make. If your life is in chaos and a big mess of bills and debt; it probably feels like God does not want you to prosper. Do not be discouraged: God wants you to be blessed and live in abundance.

Once we grasp the fact that God wants us to prosper, we can begin to turn things around.

God Wants You to Be Prosperous

It is important to know that God wants His children to be blessed. Look at the following message He gave us and you'll see what I mean.

"Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers." - 3 John 2

Think about it: Just like a good father wants to provide for his natural children, our heavenly Father wants to prosper us. He wants us to always have what we need, and yet also be blessed to be a blessing to others.

Get Your Mind Prospering

This was like an undiscovered diamond to me for sure: The amount of prosperity we manifest and enjoy is directly related to how much of the Word of God we have put in our heart (spirit). This starts with filling our mind (soul) with these truths and then as we think and speak them they get planted in our heart.

What's the explanation for this? The more of these truths we have in our heart, the stronger our beliefs and the greater our faith will be.

And here is where it gets really interesting: The greater our faith, the more we will be able to look to God as the source of our prosperity and tap into His supply.

As a result, we will trust that He will not withhold any good thing from us. He is just waiting for us to get in a position to receive so He can bless us. And it just continues to get better, because when we get blessed, we in turn can be a blessing to others!

No doubt about it: The abundance of God is a never ending supply. God's greatest desire for His people is that we walk in the fullness of His prosperity. In order for us to prosper we must first be sure our soul is prospering. Soon we will experience the abundance of God and prosperous living.

Just because you are going through a tough time doesn't mean God changed His mind.

Of course the enemy would sure like you to believe that. If satan can get your eyes off God and turned toward him, he is pleased. And if he can then get you to start running your mouth against God and begin speaking his lies, he's got you hook, line, and sinker.

What are You Thinking on and Speaking on?

"For as he thinks in his heart so is he." - Proverbs 23:7

Don't be fooled: The dominate thoughts of your heart are what you can expect to come to pass in your life. Make sure they are filled with the truth of God's Word!

Why do you think God puts such a great importance on meditating on His Word?

We are to renew our mind daily for a reason. The Word of God will guide you in all truth and keep you on the right path if you'll get it planted in your heart and coming out your mouth. Fill yourself up with God's Word and give the enemy no place.

So what is your secret? You tell them your secret is the fact that you got turned on to the truth of the God's Word; that you got a hold of some powerful principles in His Word and put them to work by faith. The result is manifested blessings in your life.

If we are going to survive in this world and prosper, we need the blessing of the Lord. Unless of course, we plan to try and make it the world's way; which generally means having to lie, cheat, steal, etcetera. When we use God's system of prosperity we do not have to do those things.

What Do You Seek First?

Those who walk closely with God are not bothered much by the things going on in the world around them. Others may become more unstable and fearful as things get worse and worse, but those who live according to God's ways maintain peace and stability.

"Seek first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." -- Matthew 6:33

God wants us to seek Him first and not be like so many in the world who seek after money and riches. We should seek the way to please God, and seek to be right with Him. When we seek the kingdom of God first, all the other things will be added unto us.

You know what happens when all the other things begin to be added unto us? People begin to take notice. Others will begin to see the blessing of God upon us; and not just the financial abundance of God, but the priceless peace of God.

Get the secret or share the secret. Now get out there and discover God's system of prosperity. Put it into practice and begin walking in the full blessing of the Lord. If you are already living by His system, and others are standing up and taking notice, then be ready to share your secret for abundant success.

Prosper Through Giving

Have you ever given away several books, and received 20 in return? When you smile at the grocery clerk, does she have a better day and pass that on to the rest of her customers? When you wrap your child in your arms, and give them comfort, aren't you rewarded with their unconditional love?

The principles of giving and receiving are two sides of the same coin. Luke 6:38 says,"Give and it shall be given unto you, good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over." 

 

I was conversing with a minister friend of mine earlier in the week about making room to receive the abundance in life by giving of what we have. The conversation reminded me of all the good things that have come about in my life as a result of offering a room in my home to someone who needed it for a time, volunteering to help others who are in dire emotional or physical need, or even just giving away those material things we no longer need. When we give without any expectation of receiving something back, we often receive much more than we gave.  It is in the act of giving that we receive.

 

Most of us honestly believe that we must have it in our hands before we can give, and fail to recognize they we always have something to give - our time, our energy, our loyalty, our knowledge, our talent, our love and our money. 

 

When we speak of giving, most have a tendency to think of giving money. Money is only energy - prosperity consciousness, in its best form, is seeing money as a verb - an energy that flows continuously from hand to hand in support of transformation, growth, and love.  Money's value is the assessment of value placed upon it by the mind of man; the form is designed to insure the easiest exchange. When we give of ourselves in helpful service, without thinking of gain for ourselves, our personal purpose and the purpose of money blends, and we will prosper in our relationships and the abundance that comes in to our lives.

 

Raymond Holliwell says "When you have given, you must prepare to receive the response or results of your giving in receiving." Many of the major religions state that when you give, you will receive the same in multiples. We must make room by giving, so that we might receive those things we desire, whether that is love, loyalty, knowledge, time or money. It is the flow of nature, two sides of the same coin.   

 

It gives me great joy to know that when I have given of myself, authentically and with no reservations, there will be an abundance of love and laughter in my life, and I will prosper.

God Wants You to Prosper

Most Christians don't have a problem with salvation of the spirit. We recognize that Jesus died for our sins and saved us from eternal, spiritual death. But, this is only one of the curses we were redeemed from. Jesus redeemed us from the three-fold curse of the law. Obviously, the most important part is eternal life through Jesus. But, we were also redeemed from the curses of sickness and poverty.

These two promises seem to be difficult for many of us to grasp. Many Christians tend to think that God chooses on a case-by-case basis whether or not it is His will to heal or to prosper. Hand-in-hand with that is the prevalent belief that if we can only get enough people praying, we can persuade God to change His mind and do what we want. Well, my Bible says that He doesn't change. That there is no turning or shadow, and that Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. My Bible also tells me that God sent His word and healed them. Notice, this is past tense. It doesn't say He sent His word TO heal them, or that if we pray long enough and loud enough and get enough people together He may decide to do that. It says He already did. He sent His word. His Word was Jesus, the Word made flesh that dwelt among us.

Our prosperity must be pretty important to God, because it is mentioned numerous times in the Bible. Now, there are conditions that we have to meet. Deuteronomy 5:33 tells us: "Walk in all the way that the LORD your God has commanded you, so that you may live and prosper and prolong your days in the land that you will possess." God expects us to follow His ways. In fact, that is the only way we can truly prosper. If we are not walking in God's path, then we are walking in the path of the devil, and that leads only to destruction. So, it isn't that God punishes us for our lack of obedience; rather, there is a natural consequence to our disobedience. Think of it as a spiritual law, similar to the law of gravity. If you violate that law, you will fall, just as surely as you will fall if you violate spiritual laws.

Chapter 28 of Deuteronomy lists the blessings and the curses. If you haven't really studied this chapter, I recommend you do so. Many times Christians concentrate only on the New Testament, thinking that the Old Testament applies only to the Jews. But, remember, we are told that we are the seed of Abraham; we are his heirs through faith. That means, I am heir to all of the promises of Abraham--and God promised Abraham some very awesome things. Deuteronomy 28:11 says: "The LORD will grant you abundant prosperity-in the fruit of your womb, the young of your livestock and the crops of your ground-in the land he swore to your forefathers to give you." In other words, my avenue of income (livestock and crops) will prosper, and so will my children! Not just prosper, but prosper abundantly.

How do we claim the promises of God? Joshua 1:8 tells us: "Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful." We are to meditate on God's promises. We are to speak God's promises. Don't speak what you don't want in your life. No matter what circumstances you may find yourself in, say what the Word says about you. Don't let that depart from your mouth.

I wish above all things that you prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers. Feed yourself on God's Word and promises to you, and you cannot help but prosper!

How Can We Prosper Despite Today's Financial Climate of Fear?

Recently a number of things happened in my life that I felt were out of congruence with the spiritual way of living: My husband had an emergency appendectomy, and the bills were beginning to pile up. Many things were out of kilter and I couldn't figure out why.

Then friends and family came forward and supported us with their presence and their prayers. My husband recovered more quickly than was expected; our finances began coming into alignment with our consciousness of abundance, and we were grateful as we saw our life together as a blessing.

There is a story about a little boy who was expecting to receive his birthday present. He was led to a barn, but when he opened the door there was nothing but manure on the floor. The little boy yelled with excitement. He dashed into the barn and began digging through the manure. When he was asked what he was so happy about, he answered, "with all this manure there has to be a pony in here someplace!" He knew there was good in store for him. There is always light at the end of the tunnel. The good is always there. But we must know it to receive it. That is the secret. That is the way.

What can we do to change the direction of our lives and affairs? Our thoughts, words and belief are more powerful that we realize. When we think, believe it and absolutely know good is happening and in such a clear way that we can see it, we can create healing of our body and healing of our finances. As we think, so it is. As it was for the little boy when he expected a pony so clearly the pony absolutely had to be there and he knew it so completely that he was willing to dig through the manure. That is how we create healing, abundance and prosperity in our lives. We know it and see it so clearly that we act as if it already is. It is when we absolutely know that good is in store for us, when we know that in fact it is already there that we receive.

Even when things seem to go wrong in life, there is a meaning and a purpose behind the circumstances. Ask yourself, "Where's the pony in this situation?" Expect a blessing and it will come. Visualize money flowing into your life from various sources. Think about your bank statement with higher amounts than what is present at this moment. Make a vision board that displays pictures and words of what you want and need and how you want your life to be. The most important step of all is to give thanks for all of the good that is flowing into your life even before you see it. The universe supplies what we ask for knowing it is already there. It is the belief and the absolute knowing and trusting that creates it and makes it so.

AffirmationToday I look for the blessing in my experience. I know that God means everything for good and I see it as already done and complete and I give thanks for it.

Give Yourself Permission to Prosper

Do you sometimes think you are not supposed to be successful or have enough good in your life? Enough money, happiness, joy, laughter and love? Do you believe that your life is supposed to be harsh and difficult. Do you question these beliefs, or simply operate as if they are true?

If you want to change the results showing up in your life, you must change your mindset -- how you think about money, prosperity, abundance and your right to these things. Shift from a mindset that no longer serves you. Change how you think about money matters.

For example, how many times have you thought or said, "money is not important to me?" But isn't it? Aren't the uses for money, including the ability to feed, house, and clothe your children important to you? Therefore, isn't such a thought or statement false and counter-productive? It's stinking thinking and it works against you. Such thoughts impede the flow of money and other resources to you. This is a mindset in need to a quick change.

As you monitor your thoughts and words, you will find other mindsets that no longer work for you. Take an inventory and consciously make changes. It is the only way to have better results in your life.

Your relationship with your money will become more enjoyable as you make money your friend. You are worthy of having prosperity and abundance. Allow yourself to prosper now.

Growing Prosperity - Why Do the Wicked Prosper While the Godly Suffer Lack?

What profit is there in serving God? This is not a new question. People have been asking this for thousands of years.

When challenging times come, unfortunately God often gets the blame. Are you going to be found guilty of bad mouthing God when trouble comes your way?

I know I have had to repent for this. I also know that while I was busy feeling sorry for myself and questioning God, my situation only grew worse.

Once I decided to adjust the attitude of my heart, stand steadfast, renew my faith in the Word of God, and cry out to him for help, things started to improve.

How's the Attitude of Your Heart?

We really need to take inventory of our own lives, especially the condition of our heart, before we dare even think to step out in arrogance and pride to judge God; which we should never do.

Look at some of the people complaining about not prospering back in the book of Malachi. They were found speaking harshly against God; claiming to obey His law and yet failing to profit, but saying the wicked disobey and prosper.

The people said they were obeying God's laws. Yet were they really?

If we take a look, we see they would go through the motion of what was required, but it was not out of love and honor for God with the right heart attitude. For instance, if they did give their tithes and offerings it was not the first and the best; it was the unwanted, rotten and moldy.

Their giving was not with a cheerful, thankful heart out of love, honor, and respect to God; who all provision comes from in the first place. They were just going through the motion.

God is after your heart. Where's yours?

It may look by the appearance of some people, as if they have it all together and are prospering, even though they are living a sinful life and don't honor God. A certain measure of success can be reached by following natural laws, however, without God it is impossible to truly prosper.

You Qualify for Prosperity

You have the opportunity to experience a full and complete life with God and prosper in every area. He wants you to experience an abundance of life on earth and in Heaven. In Matthew 6:10 Jesus told us to pray "Thy kingdom come, thy will be done in earth, as it is in Heaven." There is no poverty in heaven.

God's will is that all his children prosper spiritually, physically, and financially.

"Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers." - 3 John 2

The abundant prosperity of God comes to those who obey His commandments. As long as your heart is right, God doesn't have a problem with blessing you. If you have greed in your heart or poverty thinking in your mind, let God clean it out.

Renew your mind to God's Word concerning prosperity and let Him reveal the mystery of sowing and reaping. God gives you the ability to gain wealth so that you can help establish His covenant.

Get your heart, thoughts, words, and actions lined up with the Word of God.

A Special Book in Heaven

In Malachi we also see the Lord make a book of remembrance for those who fear Him and who meditate on His name. He then reminds us that there is a day coming, that the righteous will be lifted up as jewels, and the proud and wicked will be put down.

Serving God brings rewards in this lifetime and in heaven.

Don't let yourself get distracted with what the unjust are doing. Stand steadfast and don't give up, because your labor is not in vain.

Prosperity comes through faith and patience. Don't throw in the towel just because your prosperity has not yet fully manifested or because trials come your way. Adjust your life as needed as you continue moving forward.

The bottom line is this: We'll never know all the answers in this lifetime, but we know enough to keep us busy a lifetime. It takes faith to please God and the just live by faith. They don't just 'try-it-out'. So now go get busy doing what God says, because my Bible says if you do, blessings will come on you and overtake you.

The Easiest Way to Live Abundantly and Prosper

How you feel is a direct reflection of your abundance. If you are feeling happy, to some degree you are experiencing a fulfilling moment. When you have sadness, there is an expression of lack. We all experience both, of course, we must, contrast is vital. However, your capacity to live abundantly is directly related to your ability to feel abundant.

In the times in which we live, abundance has become distorted. We seem to only recognize abundance through the eyes of others. Our values are placed on what we've perceived through the perception of a society and not always through our own acceptance and appreciation. What one feels is an abundant life another may view as lack. "One man's trash is another man's treasure." Have we become so skewed in our appreciation that we don't recognize our own worth?

Life should be a vigorous exploration of what you feel pleases you and at every turn recognizing the multitude of blessings around you. When you see your life as abundant, abundance becomes more of your life experience. Having appreciation for all that life brings and all that you have, even the lessons and the heartache will begin building for you an array of even greater prosperity.

Abundance is not having more stuff. Abundance is always a feeling, how you feel about what you have, your life and your journey. When you come to recognize your place, no matter where that is as one of abundance and you can feel the appreciation for it, your experience will be abundant. The perception of abundance has to come from the heart. You must feel it first to experience it.

The energetic shift of emotions around your perceived value is from where your power comes. And, when you come from thoughts of prosperity, because you choose to view your experience as plentiful, the evidence to prove your greater reality will begin to astound you. Where your focus is your energy goes and if your energy is flowing toward prosperity it is becoming, more and more, a larger part of your experience.

When you look at your life and tag your surroundings as limited and lacking your experience will maintain that path, because the laws of the universe are not negotiable and energy is everything and it is always flowing. There is always a means by which you can have better feelings to project positive energy. All that you view around you and the feelings you have for it are based on the perception you've chosen.

You always have the power to choose a new perception. Why not pick one that feels better? When you feel better it is an indication that you are feeling abundant and that is the energetic shift that can bring forth miracles. When you are excited about how your life is unfolding, because you chose to see it that way, and you feel abundant in what you currently have, your journey will match more and more those feelings. Then, very soon you won't have to look so hard to find it. Your abundance will be, and already is, all around you.

How To Prosper Despite The Economy

Reader, no matter what the economists are saying, you can prosper. The approach that I am suggesting is a spiritual approach. It has been tried and proven. Below are a few ideas for you to contemplate as you start building your prosperity on a spiritual foundation.

If you are feeling fearful about your personal economy, remember "God has not given you the spirit of fear..." As there is no fear in God and no God in fear, the fear that you seem to feel is not based on anything real. God Is All.
More money in an anxiety-ridden hand is like having no money at all. The first order of business is not getting more money, but rather experiencing the peace that is native to your spiritual (God) nature. "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on thee." Keep your mind stayed on the highest truth(s) of God you know.
Read over the promises of God in the Bible. Since God is no respecter of persons, these promises apply to you. Do a Google search for "promises of God" in quotation marks. There is a good one that lists the promises of God by category. Read them slowly. Many years ago, a friend was diagnosed with cancer. By medical opinion the cancer had spread throughout her body, and she could only expect to live a few more months. My friend, Linda, read all the promises of the Bible and in prayer simply said, "God, I'm holding you to your promises." That was many years ago. Without any medical treatment, she is still living today, and her story has appeared in a leading women's magazine.
All economic theories are based on the fictitious notion that there is not enough. All you need to know about "not enough" is that it is a lie about "more than enough." Infinity is the measure of existence. As God is the Substance of all form, for there to actually be "not enough," there would have to be a shortage of God--Infinity.
All it takes is just one person in a household to turn their eyes away from the appearance of lack and focus on God's Infinite Substance to see the evidence of God's abundance in the home. And it helps to turn your ears away too.

Spirituality should be practical. All the issues of life can be resolved spiritually. Relax - It's Safe For You to Prosper!

This article is dedicated to those good people who deserve to prosper but are afraid to do so. If you are someone who always seems to struggle with money, even when there doesn't appear to be a good reason for doing so, you may find this article enlightening.

Are you always struggling to get by with less money than you need to meet your bills and put food on the table? And has your life been this way for as long as you can remember?

Do you notice even when external circumstances seem ideal your financial reality remains predictably bleak? Have you found that things can be lined up perfectly for a new job, a winning business deal, or some other form of cash windfall, only to completely fall apart at the last minute?

If you answered yes, please take a minute to carefully consider this next question. Clear your mind, relax, and prepare to be completely honest with yourself on this very important matter.

When you think about receiving $5,000 tax-free right now, how do you feel? Seriously imagine I am about to just hand you the money and assess how you really feel about that.

Maybe you got excited. Maybe you felt legitimate joy and expansion.

Or, it's possible that a knot formed in your stomach. You could have noticed instant tension in your shoulders and a feeling of confusion, or even dread.

Did you experience these or other negative feelings and physical sensations? It's really important that you are honest with yourself when answering this question.

If you felt absolutely fabulous when visualizing your newfound prosperity that's good. In fact you might not even need to finish this article because it likely does not apply to you.

However, if you noticed a reflexive and negative reaction to the mere thought of receiving a healthy dose of money it means you probably have deeply rooted fears of change and success. Here are a couple of other qualifying questions for you:

Whenever you are close to receiving a big check - like maybe a tax refund - or some other form of financial relief like a pay raise at work, do you ever experience a strange sense of guilt or worry? When you might expect yourself to be overjoyed and excited about making financial progress, do you instead become disconnected, irritable, and even depressed?

The fact is many people have this experience. You are not alone, and you are absolutely not crazy or deranged.

If you can honestly identify these feelings, the fact is you have made an enormous leap in your personal development. Most people never admit to feeling sad, frightened, or otherwise upset by the idea of receiving money and/or financial abundance.

And yet it's probable that millions of people suffer from a very real fear of prosperity. How and why can this be?

For one thing, plenty of money is a big change for people who are used to struggling and scraping by. You may not be happy living in poverty, but at least it's normal and familiar to you; drastic change in this area of your life can easily be scary or unpleasant.

Consider that over 80% of lottery winners (and nearly 100% of winners who came from serious poverty) lose all of their jackpot money on average within just two years. These people are shell shocked by the change and will blow their cash on just about anything to get back to a "normal", comfortable feeling.

Also, there is the issue of being worthy or unworthy. You may very well not feel like you deserve to have more than enough money to pay your bills, have fun, and even help others with your excess cash flow.

It's important to recognize that whatever the specific cause of your fear and discomfort about financial success, as long as you feel this way it will be virtually impossible to have plenty of money in your life. You'll keep finding unconscious ways to sabotage yourself, or you'll simply scare the energy of money away from you on a consistent basis.

So how can you change? How can you stop being scared of prosperity?

You've already started. By simply acknowledging this issue you have opened the door to releasing it.

There are many good methods for building your positive prosperity consciousness. But your first step is to simply be aware of your fears and discomforts; catch yourself being upset when you think about having plenty and sit with the thoughts and feelings until they subside.

Begin to affirm to yourself that it's completely safe for you to have more than enough. Look at people who have plenty of money and tell yourself quite honestly that you are as good and smart as those folks. Smile as you think about money; enjoy the way paper money feels in your hands and love the way it smells.

As you begin to change how you feel about money you'll literally be inviting more of it to enter your life. Within a few short months your financial life can be completely renewed if you continue to release your fears and come to believe that is both safe and good for you to have more than enough prosperity in your life.

God Wants You to Prosper

For over 35 years I have taught that Christians should be prosperous, yes, God wants us to prosper and be in health. I know some groups don't like this message and other groups abuse it. The groups that don't believe it stay in their poverty mindset because they think that is what they are supposed to do. And the groups that abuse it make God sound like an ATM machine. Both of them really bother me!

I don't get mad at the people because I know they being taught these mindsets and think that anything to the contrary goes against God's will. So, I get upset with those in positions of authority who have taught these lies. Yes, I know, I've heard all the "scriptural arguments" on the evils of prosperity and the other side about promises of God being our "Sugar Daddy" and they all make sense when you listen to those pushing their agenda. But when you look at all of the scriptures as a whole the story takes on a different view.

Part of the poverty mindset goes back to a time when the landowners and the Church were together in power and it was convenient for the masses to stay poor and were told to focus on rewards in the here-after. This meant the rich landowners could stay rich and not be bothered. My question has always been if it was so good for the masses why wasn't it good for the leaders to live in poverty and wait for their rewards in heaven as well? But they were too busy enjoying the benefits of wealth and power.

But it does no good to worry about what others are doing so I decided to teach that God has a different plan. God wants you to prosper, that is my message and if people really want to hear that message, they will set aside all their preconceived ideas and ideologies and look at the facts.

It can get sticky at times talking to people who have made up their minds that coins and bills are evil. And of course I am aware of corruption, greed and abuse and how bad it can get. But there is a way to avoid all that and do it the right way.

I've just gotten so sick and tired of good people who love God and want to live wonderful lives being beaten down and defeated because they have the wrong information and the wrong mindset.

If you have these views, make a change today by at least entertaining the possibility that God wants you to prosper and live abundantly. That at least gives us a starting point.

Why Not Use Your Divine Power to Prosper?

Is your life full of discouragement from repeated failures and disappointments? Are you lacking satisfaction from not doing that thing your heart longs to do in life? Well if your plans are not prospering and you are feeling the burden of poverty there is something wrong.

What's your problem?

Knowing something is wrong is quite obvious. However, discovering what is wrong is where the confusion comes in. The problem is not with the world, or God's good plan for your life, but with yourself. Yes, the problem is with you. You are simply not thinking right. You are not visualizing your life and yourself as you desire it to be.

Every moment of our lives we are experiencing the results of thought. What we believe, think, vision, and expect, shapes our lives. Through the control and direction of our thoughts, backed up with steps of action related to our vision, we can attract to us our heart's desires.

Proverbs 23:7 tells us that as a man thinks in his heart, so is he.

Change what you think in your heart to line up with how God sees you!

Feel the divine force surge through your every atom of being once you become conscious of the truth that the real you is connected with the almighty power of God. Let your heart awake to the unlimited possibilities within you as you feel God's arm sustaining and upholding you. Once you discover your mission on earth is divinely planned you will not be content to live a half life, but purpose to act on what is in your heart until it is released and prospers.

Why not use the divine creative power available within you?

Perhaps you were reared under conditions that have had you wandering through your life ignorant of your own possibilities. Yet you may have an instinctive feeling that there is something great in you yet to be discovered. Becoming conscious of your connection with God will shed light and uncover those hidden possibilities within you.

Bottom line: There is divine power available when you fill your thoughts with what God says about you and then begin to speak them over your life. Let the awareness of the almighty power of God pulsating through your heart, result in your thoughts, visions, beliefs, and actions moving you to a higher plane. This in turn will shape your life and attract your heart's desires. Live the full, abundant, prosperous life God has planned for you.

#2 - Second, you need to favor others even when they are ugly and unkind to you. Give favor to others daily.

Plain and simple, you reap what you sow. Give and the Lord will make men give unto you. Set yourself up to receive favor. Meditate and sow good thoughts of blessings to others.

We are told in 2 Corinthians 9:10 that God gives seed to the sower. As you give, God continues to fill your life with fresh favor to prosper. But just like electricity has no power until the circuit is completed, favor has no power until your circuit is completed. You must let it flow to others.

A new lease on life can be yours. Reach out beyond your present "rut" by expecting favor. Develop an attitude of being blessed to be a blessing. Watch as you leap into new levels of favor and growing prosperity in your life!

The words you speak get into your spirit and then they come back out your mouth. Every time they go through this process, they increase in power and you get stronger and closer to manifesting your desires.

Jesus told us that out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth Speaks. And if you believe what you Say, you'll have it. (Matt. 12:34, Mark 11:23)

Prosper and Keep Prospering

Prepare yourself for abundance. Use your faith on the front end before the need arises. Confess God's Word concerning prosperity daily and have His system in motion before a major crisis ever comes along.

Mark my words: It takes longer to work these principles if you're already in the midst of a problem, because you have to combat negative thoughts and feelings. So speak out your confession of faith when you have no sickness or financial lack and you'll be better prepared for when you do.

Feast your eyes on a prosperous life and make speaking abundance a way of life. Continue growing in prosperity daily and enjoy your manifested bowl of abundance!
